On behalf of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Houston, the regional representative office for Taiwan in the southern United States, I would like to congratulate NTDTV on its great success in serving the Mandarin-speaking population throughout the United States with their broadcasts. Meanwhile, I would like to thank the NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular for including Dallas-Fort Worth in its global tour celebrating the Lunar New Year and the beginning of the Year of the Rat.
